I paid interest only for the last 16 years, i paid approximately XXXX, my loan only XXXX During pandemic i failed to pay few interest payments approximately XXXX, i did modification but the company refused to waive that interest in order for me to be current, i resumed to make payments starting XX/XX/2021, but still owe the back interest of approximately XXXX I got cheated once this loan initiated, I didnt know its interest only, after 16 years of payments the principal still the same. I dont trust the mortgage company I feel they doing this practice on purpose to foreclosure on my home for XXXX, my house worth XXXX I need help to get back on track.
