I reviewed my credit reports form Equifax and XXXX and they are reporting accounts that violates my federal rights as a consumer. I sent them a letter addressing these accounts to bring it to their attention. They have not responded to my letter and still have the accounts reporting on my credit report. This situation is frustrating me and causing a tremendous amount of stress in my life. First, I did not give the my written consent to report the accountspursuant to 15 USC 1681b ( 2 ). Second, they have violated my privacy by sending my personal information to data furnishing companies that I also DID NOT give my written consent to have pursuant to 15 USC 1681a ( 4 ). Using my personal information without my consent is identity theft and is punishable under federal law pursuant to 15 USC 1681n.
