My name is XXXX XXXX. I have notice in accurate items on my credit profile. These are results from identity theft. My Car was stolen back in XXXX and ever since getting my whole life back in order has how its been. TransUnion didnt submit any documents providing proof I Signed any type documents if agreement to any loan. Therefore all these accounts associated with the name of US Dept Of US is unauthorized and not veritable. These accounts had a date of XXXX XXXX with the balance of XXXX $ From Us Dept of ED and balance of XXXX $ from XXXX. Another one XXXX XXXX balance XXXX $ From Us Dept of ED and balance of XXXX $ from XXXX. The last ones on XXXX XXXX balance XXXX $ From Us Dept of ED and balance of XXXX $ from XXXX. These are not mine accounts and I dont have any other solution at this point, I am NOT working with a third party organization. I have enclosed several documents verifying my identity and some facts from the fair credit reporting act for the blocking off all inaccurate items. .
