American Express made me an offer for a personal loan but there was an issue with their website sending me an email needed to authenticate myself. After several calls they authenticated me and said to look for the email to accept the offer. They sent email on Thursday but I missed it until Saturday morning at which time the offer was expired and voided. American Express said I had to wait for another offer. They couldnt help resolve this and withdrew the offer.
