I am accusing Experian of fraud. Experian has deliberately removed three XXXX student loan accounts that were in good standing and closed in XX/XX/XXXX. These accounts were to be on the credit report until XX/XX/XXXX, thus Experian violated its own regulations. Also, Experian fails to give an explanation for the deletion. A credit reporting representative admited that the early removal of satisfactory accounts negatively impacts a consumenr 's credit score. In addition, Experian reports payment history information in a misleading manner, such as high balance amount running from year to year or a series of years without change ; or mortgage presented as an unchanging high balance loan ; and an inaccurate payment history for accounts. I have been trying to resolve my disputes with the agency since XX/XX/XXXX to no avail
