I received a solicitation for a credit card from Upgrade.com with an {$8000.00} limit. I applied for the card in XXXX and received the card in the mail. I have never used the card ( I wanted to do some things around the house ). I just looked at the account yesterday and saw that they had a balance of {$6500.00} and I found a phony loan document with my name signed by Upgrade , Inc . I never received any money and never asked for any and never used the card. I tried to call them a couple or times but I was put on hold with no response and the call disconnected. The loan document is dated XX/XX/2021 and I have not communicated with anyone in their company since XXXX. I didn't receive a billing statement in the mail but when I looked at my account they had a billing statement for {$200.00} and asking me if I need financial assistance. This is a complete fraud and I can't get in touch with anyone at that company with the phone number provided. The company name and address is : Upgrade, XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX Floor, XXXX XXXX, CA XXXX URL Upgrade.com I have no intention of re-paying money I do not owe for a loan I never received. Why do they think they can get away with something like this?
