To whom it may concern : I have been in constant communication with the credit reporting agency Experian, in regards to a fraudulent account that was suppose to be removed, after me promptly submitting all supporting documentation at or around XXXX or XXXX of XXXX. The fraudulent account that is currently in dispute is XXXX XXXX. It is negatively impacting my credit worthiness and defaming my character. On XX/XX/XXXX, I spoke with fraud specialist XXXX within Experian 's Special Services, in regards to this particular matter. XXXX exclaims that she is unable to block the fraudulent account in question, simply due to it being blocked once before and it being removed, to be added back onto my credit report. Furthermore, XXXX explained that the block was removed and the item was reinserted back into my credit report in XXXX of XXXX. Per the FCRA, I am suppose to be notified no more than 5 business days after the item has been reinvestigated and added back onto my credit report ( FRCA 611 ). I explained to XXXX that I have not received any correspondence via email or USPS mail, advising me of such changes taking place. Unfortunately, I do not have any correspondences, stating that XXXX XXXX has been deleted or reinserted back into my credit report. XXXX, too, reinvestigated such findings and was able to determine while on the phone with me today, that she too does not see, where I was notified via email or by mail that the fraudulent account with XXXX XXXX has been removed or added back to my credit report in XX/XX/XXXX. The other credit reporting agencies XXXX and XXXX, have effectively communicated with me their findings and determinations of the same account in question. They, too, have promptly resolve the concern and XXXX XXXX is no longer reporting for XXXX and XXXX Due to Experian 's negligence and improper adherence of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) of not properly notifying me of XXXX XXXX 's removal or reinvestigation to re-adding the account back into my credit file, I am asking for the Consumer Financial Protection Bureaus to enforce the law regulated by the Federal Trade Commission and to permanently block/remove this account from my Experian credit report immediately.
