On XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX from Mechanics Bank ( her number is XXXX ) vhad repeatedly researched all the numbers associated with my name discussing my auto loan. I had missed one payment and she repeatedly left messages, texting about my auto loan, when I had left her a voice message for her to stop searching and calling different numbers leaving messages and texts. However, she has my home address and phone number for contact. This is not the first, I had faxed in letters stating for Mechanics bank not to search and call other people / phone numbers repeatedly. When I had called her, she does not answer the phone. She had called again recently, even when I had left her a message stating I will make the payment this week. In the future, I would like Mechanics Bank not to leave messages or text other numbers, she has my personal contact on file. I hope she does not do this to other consumers, as she is very rude when she leaves messages, not even a thank you or polite way to end the call on all her voice messages and texts.
