Okay, this is me giving one more shot for Equifax to fix my credit which is mashed up with another women 's information. Before I have to resort to taking legal action with a lawyer. For the past five to six months I have been disputing incorrect information on my credit reports with XXXX and Equifax. XXXX was fixed already a couple years ago. Just recently XXXX finally fixed my information. So now both XXXX and XXXX are showing accurate information. But Equifax on the other hand seems to be refusing to adjust anything on my account and no they are not empty handed. They have more then enough documentation that I have sent to them ; way more then enough. It was all sent more than once I might add. I'm also re-sending the documents and then some this time too. So far I've had 15 disputes with Equifax total. When I called the Consumer Financial Protection bureau I spoke to a wonderful representative who was shocked to see how many documents I had sent for proof of identification. But literally nothing was done on Equifax to fix the fraud that they are allowing. It is not my fault nor the fault of the other women for the confusing mash up of information. It is the lack of concern to do one job accurately at Equifax. Or to better way to word that ; Equifax would rather choose the path of negligence. I opened a dispute with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau not even a couple weeks later it was closed. They sat on it and did nothing. They have all the proof they need and do not care that they are ruining people 's lives. This is not only affecting me but, my family as well. I do not qualify for any house loans due to inaccurate information being reported on my credit. I can't provide my family the house they deserve due to Equifax. My husband can not sign alone and I can sign because of my credit. 19 acres and I can not give my kids what they deserve. I said this last time, I'll say it again I take it personal when it's hurting my family. I won't stopping fighting this until Equifax fixes what they have wronged and made right again. A list of documentations I have sent them and a few new ones too ; A typed letter in regards to this, list of all addresses I have ever taken residency at ( even sending them proof of residency for XXXXyears in XXXX ), A list of all the names/aliases I have ever legally gone by, A list of all the accounts/loans I have open, A list of every account that is NOT mine being reported on my account ( so they know which ones to look into and have removed ), my birth certificate, drivers license, social security, diploma, shot records, first marriage certificate, front page of separation document, front page of divorce document, second marriage certificate, a picture of XXXX map showing how far XXXX, NV is from XXXX, CA, filed police report before I knew this women was a real person, and yes also the cancellation of that police report because I found out she is a real person, pictures of my mail showing my current address and name, some documentation from me first disputing with XXXX, XXXX XXXX my kids birth certificates to prove XXXX year residence in XXXX XXXX XXXX ( yes both of my kids were born in XXXX ; ex-husband was military ), and lastly passports. What more is needed? Do I really need to involve a lawyer? I really do not want to resort to that. I've been through a divorce I know what it takes to deal with all that legal stuff. I do not want it to come to that, it is the last thing I want. All that I have provided should be more then enough. Please Consumer Financial Protection Bureau Help me fix my credit ; Not just for me but for my family, Thank you.
