I received a notice that my credit score was impacted negatively. When I checked my score Arvest mortgage reported that I hadn't made a payment and that my payments were more than 120 days past due although I was in Forbearance at the time. Although I had resumed making my monthly payment in an agreed upon loan modification, they stated that I hadn't made my payment. My credit score dropped over 100 points as a result of this misinformation and I believe that their false reporting was an act of revenge and is illegal. I want the information corrected and the remarks removed from my credit report!
