Consumer Narrative

I debited XXXX from my account and it posted as two transactions on XX/XX/XXXX. After reaching out to the company via the branch manager through two emails and a message on his answering machine, I received no response for two weeks. Then I made an appointment for the Manager to call me today and he never did. I also debited XXXX yesterday and that transaction posted as a double transaction as well. Now I am XXXX down and trying to make payroll for a small business is getting harder. Please see if you can help. Thank you in advance.
