My car was totalled. Was not my fault. The insurance company paid off the total amount that was left on the lease to buy contract. The amount owed to autotrakk llc was {$6900.00}. They were paid {$10000.00}. I was supposed to get the difference of {$3300.00} but now they are saying they are keeping the extra money and will not give it to me. Everyone even my insurance company is telling me they can not do this because my total amount to pay off my lease was only {$6900.00} but they will not give me my money.
