Spoke with a representative at capital one and was instructed my credit report would not report a late payment and would report as paid on time. This was in XXXX of 2021. I was experiencing XXXX and due to my inability to work was going to be late on my bill that month. Despite being on time with all my future payments since, I would like to request that capital one honor they're customer service and remove the late payment. I promise to continue to pay on time, thank you for your business and assistance.
