I need the help of the FTC and CFPB with resolving vague and misleading investigations carried out by Equifax. I've sent them various challenge letter over the last 120 days some of the most recent which I've included below. Equifax has several times taken more than 30 days to conduct their investigations as permitted in the FCRA. Also, they have repeatedly failed to mark several of these accounts as being under dispute when they received my dispute letters and lastly Equifax has completely failed to fix countless errors associated with these accounts as outlined in my past challenge letter attached below. I'll be filing my next consumer complaint with the FTC against these erroneous creditors listed on my credit report and against Equifax to enable them investigate these inaccurate accounts and ensure their deletions.
