This debt has been previously investigated and found to be fraudulent. I have not ever lived in Georgia. I have NEVER had an XXXX XXXX XXXX account. When I researched the XXXX XXXX XXXX account number with XXXX XXXX XXXX they said the account number wasn't legitimate. This debt was transferred to another party who is trying to collect on it again despite it being proven fraudulent in XX/XX/2021. Please refer to my report filed in XXXX of XXXX. This collection agency used information provided in the previous report to add additional details to make the fraudulent claim seem more legitimate.
