I sent CREDIT ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION a cease & desist letter and they are still communicating through a medium, to each consumer reporting agency, without my consent. XX/XX/2021 they received my first cease & desist letter but it's not being honored. So I am sending another one demanding to stop all forms of communication, XXXX out the account, mail my car title, remove from each consumer reporting agency, and pay the invoice for the injuries. If this matter isn't handled, the next step is lawsuit.
