To Whom It May Concern : I contacted this company and asked them to furnish my consumer report, I was rudely told " No '' that the FDCPA does not apply to there organization. I am bewildered with anger no this is not the law. The company is furnishing TransUnion with information that infringes on my consumer rights. It is inaccurate reporting. XXXX is claiming I have 2 bankruptcies on XXXX being a chapter XXXX and the other a chapter XXXX.
