I am unable to retrieve my Equifax credit report. I even went so far as to sign up for their highest product tier, which is {$19.00}, was charged for it, and still am unable to access the account or my credit report/profile. I have called dozens of times, written to them, as well as faxed. They don't respond to my letters or faxes, and on the call, the agent just resets my password and tells me to wait 30 minutes and try again - same result. I am now being billed for a product I can not use. Now, my credit cards are being closed because they can not access my Equifax credit profile, and am unable to apply for any new credit because of this. I even had the agent change my email and password to no avail. Sometimes, when I try to sign in, it says an account doesn't exist and to sign up. When I enter in my information to sign up, it says an account already exists and to sign in.
