Trans Union has always reported me as a credit risk. Regardless of how well I pay my bills or pay off my bills my scores with this company continue to be in the fair zone, costing me higher than normal interest rates. I attempted to address this matter with them but I was unable to get pass their automated system, there were no prompts that allow for a live operator or an email response. It almost seems when I report a problem to an attorney, government agency, etc, Transunion retaliates by lowering my score or adding old information to my report.
