Starting XX/XX/2021 case number XXXX i email Credit karma @ XXXX this case was regarding the deactivation of my debit card there was no explanation given. On XX/XX/2021 my spend account and savings account was randomly closed with no explanation I was told credit karma has the right to close accounts on their discretion XX/XX/2021. On XX/XX/2021 case number # XXXX i was completely locked out of my credit karma account with no explanation provided as to why. I have made several attempts to resolve thee issue with no sufficient explanation. I contacted a lawyer and out lawyer sent credit karma a letter to resolve the above said matters on XX/XX/2021 after our attorney followed up with us to inform us XXXX XXXX has not followed up with XXXX ; XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, and me we are seeking your help in making attempts to provide aid in assisting US in the above said matter.
