On XX/XX/2021, I did a credit application on Upgrade, INC 's online website for an {$8000.00} credit extension. After the final stage of the application, Upgrade, INC stated I was " Not Approved '' subject to credit reporting information and subject to an artificial credit score. I am the original creditor, I am the consumer, and I am the natural person in fact. How can Upgrade, INC denied me my own credit? What law says any financial company can deny me my own credit? By signing the application my signature gave Upgrade, INC credit. Fact is that Upgrade, INC is doing fraud. Fact is that Upgrade, INC is terrorizing me. Fact is that Upgrade, INC gave me no benefits for my credit application, therefore no benefit to a natural person is an Unauthorize use therefore Upgrade, INC is illegally using my personal information to obtain credit on my behalf. That is Identity Theft. Upgrade, INC is in federal violation Pursuant of 15 USC 1681m, a Denial is only for Insurance and Employment Only. A copy of the Adverse Action letter is proof that Upgrade, INC robbed me.
