IDA, Independent Dealer 's Advantage, LLC contacted me, XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2021 with uncomfortably profane threats involving collection of debts. Letter attached also I have been constantly harrassed with telephone calls in my working hours of the day totaling 10 or more calls on workdays starting on the XXXX of XXXX. I was not honored with full disclosure of the terms but I now realize the car I purchased from XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2021 was settled on the day of the transaction, as all that was owed was secured by security interest in my vehicle. IDA has committed one violation after the other as evidenced by the letter ( s ) attached.
