I have two inquiries on my credit report that I did not authorize. I filed a ftc complaint for fraud per the suggestion of the credit bureau. ( FTC Report number : XXXX ) I disputed the inquiries to Equifax along with the documentation I received results from the credit report both inquiries were removed in report file # XXXX. I sent another dispute to the credit bureau XX/XX/21 with the copy of the results the inquiries showed deleted. I received the results today XX/XX/21 the inquiries are factual. This is in violation of the credit report act- reporting inaccurate information
