On XX/XX/2021, and XX/XX/2021, I sent letters by USPS certified mail to Credit Bureau Systems requesting validation of 4 medical accounts from original creditor XXXX, which CBS is reporting to XXXX and XXXX. In CBS 's response to my first letter, they failed to validate this debt. However, in a bold attempt to falsely validate, they in fact did clearly violate my HIPAA rights. I have yet to receive a response from CBS to my second letter. I mailed certified letters to both XXXX and XXXX making them aware of these HIPAA violations by CBS. In my letters, I included copies of CBS 's response letter to me in full-color copies which show clearly XXXX XXXX letterhead billing with detailed information of specific services rendered. No HIPAA release was included in any response from CBS, XXXX, or XXXX after me having requested such. These accounts are still to date being illegally reported on my credit reports causing drastic damage to my credit score, despite having requested validation, and deletion from XXXX and XXXX on 2 separate occasions. 1st and 2nd letters to XXXX and XXXX were sent certified mail on XX/XX/2021 and XX/XX/2021, with the second letters addressing the HIPAA violations and requesting immediate deletion.
