I was victim of Identity theft. My personl information was stolen and used to opened up an account with XXXX XXXX. For {$10000.00}. I have filed a police report notified this company about the fraudulent activity. I also contacted Equifax and disputed this company twice, XXXX XXXX was deleted twice off my equifax cedit report and now has opended an duplicated account to report again. My compliant is with Equifax once I disputed this account and it was deleted once, it should've been blocked not deleted twice and put back on again, Also XXXX XXXX has opened a duplicate account and that is against the law. I would like Equifax to block and delete this account XXXX XXXX off my credit file and any other reporting inquires I did not Athorized permanently
