I submitted a letter to the three consumer reporting agencies over 45 days ago and I still have not received a reply back. I dont know if they have just ignored my request but I want this to be taken care of quickly. I'm on the process of getting my first home and this is keeping me from closing on this mortgage. I would hate to lose out on my American dream due to lack of response. I may not know much about certain things but I do know that the website states that I should have had some kind of response within 30days or it is supposed to be deleted. I need this to be done immediately becuase if I lose out on this house me and my daughter will have no place to live. So unless you want to provide me with housing and reimburse me for the money I may lose on this closing I would like my request to be processed or I will have to seek litigation for these companies not following the law.
