I feel that loan care has mis-reported my payments. I have paid every 30 days so if there was a late payment, there would never have been a time that there was a payment more than 30 days late. Also when the make up payment was received in XX/XX/2020, there were no instructions to apply to principal - and if that were a standard, then why wouldn't every underpayment have been applied to principal. There was never a late notice or phone call on this account, but there are notices on my other loan care loan.
