TransUnion has failed to thoroughly and openly investigate several misleading accounts listed below on my credit report. They have engaged in frivolous and nefarious activity in terms of re-investigating these accounts. I am hereby enlisting the help of the CFPB to hold them accountable and will be sending this complaint also to the FTC and my State Attorney General to resolve these matters expeditiously. I have sent TransUnion several challenge letters some of which I attached below. All my letters are in accordance with FCRA guidelines and provide proof to enable TransUnion remove these inaccurate accounts. Sometimes TransUnion vaguely " remarks '' some of these accounts without providing me with any actual proof of how they allegedly verified said accounts. This violates several federal laws and is willful violation of the FCRA. Any new or future remarks on any of these accounts will be taken as admission of wrong and liability. I have also sent several direct challenge and dispute letters to the creditors associated with these misleading accounts which I attached below. These creditors have refused to correspond directly or validate these alleged accounts and debts in accordance with the FDCPA. TransUnion continues to illegally collude and communicate with these creditors who are also all in violations of my cease-and-desist letters which I sent them directly.
