There is missing credit card information on my Experian Credit Report. XXXX XXXX has claimed that they are reporting this credit card to all 3 major agencies. However, it does not reflect on Experian Credit Report. Experian has claimed that they have not received a report from this creditor. Experian launched an incorrect investigation claiming that I wanted a closed account updated. However, I was looking to have this account accurately reflect on my credit file.
