Good afternoon, Continuation from XXXX 1. Wells Fargo was instructed to pay {$100.00} M to customers that were Illegal Opening Unauthorized Accounts. The buolder in the case has been sued and has gone bankrupt. Mr XXXX from WF XXXX ID XXXX Office XXXX XXXX worked in house for the builder and forced me to close on the loan even though the loan was {$100.00}, XXXX over the true value of the property. I pleaded not to close with the builder and Mr XXXX and was threatened with litigation. I was forced against my better judgement and have sought disclosure of all the issues in the inception of the loan. 2. I have paid all my payments on time, never late. Wells fargo did not act in my best interets in the begining and in 2017 changed the terms of the loan. So I sold the property. I have suffred a loss of {$100.00}, XXXX. XXXX Please hold the bank accountable. 3. please esculate my case. Is the a litigeous option through your office for me to pursue this matter, or do you have a law group that you may recommend in Florida. 4 I will continue to pursue this issue.
