I paid off the lease for {$16000.00} Hyundai Finance. I also sent in all the necessary paperwork the same day ( odometer reading ). I have yet to receive the title for the car. I have made numerous phone calls. I am not able to use the car because registration has expired. I will also have to pay a penalty to motor vehicle to register car. In the state of New Jersey if you register the car more the 10 days after the sale car you pay a penalty.
