I have submitted disputes to Equifax 5 times now advising them of the credit inquiries on my credit report that were never authorized by me. Equifax is violating FCRA laws by ignoring my dispute request. Equifax is required to research and verify the information it is reporting to confirm its accuracy. Its been over the alloted 30 days and Equifax continues to ignore my dispute. I have attached my most recent dispute letter to Equifax.
