XX/XX/XXXX received letter from State of California, Chief Deputy Attorney General, XXXX XXXX, who received complaint regarding PHH Mortgage practices disputing Loan Balance and Partial Claims. XX/XX/XXXX received letter requesting additional time to complete review of Loan Balance and Partial Claims Dispute. XX/XX/XXXX received letter stating an error was made with XX/XX/XXXX loan modification. The principal amount was {$21000.00} more and was obligated to sign a a Subordinate Deed of Trust for {$21000.00} therefore being double charged! Also advised all payments from XXXX need to be applied! And advised {$61000.00} ( {$40000.00} + {$21000.00} ) will still be owed to HUD!!! XX/XX/XXXX PHH reported correct Loan Balance amount of {$140000.00} to all credit agencies : XXXX XXXX and XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX received payoff quote valid through XX/XX/XXXX in the amount {$180000.00}. XX/XX/XXXX received letter states all payments received since XXXX loan modification have been reapplied and the unpaid principal balance for this account is {$170000.00} as of XX/XX/XXXX. {$300.00} of outstanding late fees on the account, but they have been waived due to the re application delay. XX/XX/XXXX received payoff quote valid through XX/XX/XXXX in the amount {$180000.00}. XX/XX/XXXX Received a letter stating unpaid principal balance is {$170000.00} and HUD Lien for {$40000.00} and {$21000.00} still remain due!!
