I have a complaint against my mortgage company Fay Servicing and the handling of my insurance proceeds for the hurricane. I have been waiting over two months for them to Pay the company that finished my roof on my house. I submitted the invoice and they paid half before they started at the beginning of XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. I have been waiting since then for the other half. The roofers completed the roof on my house on XX/XX/XXXX. They told me that an inspector had to come out before they paid the other half. The first inspector was supposed to come out on XX/XX/XXXX. However he never showed and never called. Fay Servicing took two additional weeks to try to contact that adjuster. After two weeks of no response they found another adjuster. It has been over four weeks since the second inspector has been to my house and submitted pictures. Fay Servicing told me that they still havent received the pictures. I spoke with the inspector on the phone and he resubmitted the photos to them. I keep calling Fay Servicing to get my roofer paid. I have spoken to numerous supervisors. They are giving me the run around with confusing information. Ive been told that they dont have the pictures to they have the pictures but there department havent had the time to look over them yet. I have much more damages and out of the pocket expenses for my house but cant get my money from Fay Servicing to cover it with my own insurance proceeds.
