Good morning, this is my second complaint, the first complaint was XXXX. The resolution on the first complaint was that transunion would reinvestigate with the support information I provided CFPB and that they will get back to me. For the last 10 days I monitored this status on Transunion site which showed, they had in fact started to investigation. On the morning of XX/XX/2021, the reinvestigation no longer appeared. I started it again on my own on their system. I called transunion to ask why they had not follow through with the investigation ( I check site everyday ), and the first representative hung up when she said she had no record of investigation in system. The called back and spoke to another representative who stated the same result. I am a little frustrated that they gave the CFPB a response to reinvestigate, and in good faith, they have not done this. It is as if they gave the CFPB the response to close first complaint. They have failed to fulfill their obligation of complaint XXXX and continue to violate FCRA requirements.
