Im having trouble with Capital One credit card. I made a payment on XX/XX/XXXX. I check my account each day, On the XXXX my account showed an error message. Ive called technical support many times, on 3 occasions they outright lied saying my account would be back online in 72 hours. They then demanded a picture of my drivers license ( front and back ) along with a note telling them to update my account with that information. This shouldnt have been necessary as none of my information changed since opening the account. Since my online access has been denied to me, I tried to pay my bill through customer service since my online account is scrambled. It turned out that my account was so screwed up that not even their own customer service could not process a payment. I have never missed a payment, and have excellent credit scores. This problem threatens my credit score since I cant pay my bill which is due on the XXXX of XXXX. All I get are lies from them and no resolution.
