On XX/XX/XXXX I sent a letter to Transunion asking for what method they used to retrieve information pertaining to a bankruptcy on my credit report. I told them I wasn't disputing it but just wanted the method they used to verify such information. On XX/XX/XXXX they only sent me a copy of report and not the information that I was asking for. On XX/XX/XXXX I followed up with them to see who they verified the bankruptcy through. I went to the court house and they gave me a letter stating that they dont provide any information to the credit Bureaus. On XX/XX/XXXX they sent a response with dispute results stating verified, but still never sent what I was originally asking for. I wanted to know who they verified the bankruptcy through. On XX/XX/XXXX I responded stating that their process could not be valid because they did not verify the information and identify how they got their information. Transunion never sent me any proof of an actual investigation and that I could report them if the bankruptcy is not deleted off of my report immediately. I also sent them a copy of the letter I received from the court stating that they dont communicate with credit bureaus. On XX/XX/XXXX Transunion responded saying that they completed a previous investigation and will not do anything else without new information. On XX/XX/XXXX I sent the letter from the court house again and told them their process was not valid and that they never sent me proof of an actual investigation. On XX/XX/XXXX Transunion responded again with the same letter saying that they previously completed an investigation and without new information they will not change anything. I sent information from the court house and they failed to complete a thorough investigation and provide me with the information I was asking for.
