I am having trouble getting my fraudulent credit refunds issued to me from Capital One. I filed a fraudulent dispute with Capital One letting them know that someone had stolen my identity and was using my Capital one credit cards fraudulent or without my authorization. However Capital One closed both of the fraudulent credit cards and reported to credit bureaus that I was 60-90 days late, which is also inaccurate. I had given Capital One authorization to ACH Debit from my Centry next Checking account, which Capital One suspended and then reported to credit bureaus that I was late. I will be including that letter withdrawing my accounts from ACH debit from Capital One. I had been working with Capital One fraudulent team on issuing my credits back to me. Capital one supervisor/ fraudulent team, gave me a date that they would be issuing my credit balance back to me, I called and verified on XX/XX/2021, with Capital one supervisor that they would be issuing my checks on XX/XX/2021, I was given a date from their supervisor on XX/XX/2021 that I would receive my money back for the fraudulent transactions. I contacted Capital One on XX/XX/2021 to follow up to make sure Capital one was issuing my refunds that was fraudulent taken from my checking account, I spoke to a fraudulent team supervisor, named XXXX XXXX ; he advised me that they were reversing the fraudulent charges/ credits on the 2 accounts to make me pay for them. This is totally unfair to me as a customer/ human. I dont owe them ; Capital One is not being fair, and feel its okay to do me this way. Someone or company stole my personal information and made purchases on my credit cards, and its not fair for me to pay them. Capital one advertises zero fraud liability on fraudulent charges. I have a police report to corroborate the fraudulent transactions. I am not responsible for the fraudulent transactions and is requesting that Capital One send me my money back that they fraudulent took from my personal checking account. Capital One also closed both of my accounts and still charging me interest on accounts that they personally closed. Capital one needs to be under investigating for unfair practices to their customers.
