Consumer Narrative

You have ignored my previous request and failed to maintain reasonable procedures in your operations to assure maximum possible accuracy in the credit reports you publish. Credit reporting laws ensure that bureaus report only 100 % accurate credit information and every step must be taken to assure the information reported is completely accurate and correct. To the best of my knowledge this accounts listed in letters attached are reporting inaccurate and the credit bureaus have failed to maintain reasonable procedures in investigating these accounts Due to countless violations such as no response for more than 60 days, missing required notice of dispute disclaimer, and negligently reporting false information after repeated correspondence. Your reckless false reporting is preventing me from receiving the financing I need to have a reliable means of transportation I would like these accounts removed from my credit Report. Correspondences have been sent via USPS Certified Mail. Each Correspondence listed below lists how the bureaus and creditors neglected to maintain an accurate consumer report with their violations.
