My XXXX payment was misapplied by TMS Customer care for XX/XX/XXXX. I have called repeatedly requesting assistance with this error. My account is showing delinquent. But it is not. I am only due for my XX/XX/XXXX payment. I have also still not received my escrow surplus from XXXX. My payments are paid outside of my Chapter XXXX, and each month I make my payments directly to the money source. Customer care has been unwilling to assist. Loan number : XXXX
