have had no access to the mobile app since they started requiring two step verification and they REFUSE to send me the code. I have been waiting for them to address my issues with their " digital escalation team '' for more than two months. Now They have revoked my online access, I have no access to my account in any ay and they refuse to help. Further they refuse to send me statements. They refuse to deal with me or help me at all. They have been acting this way and refusing to help me ever since I deployed with the military. The only thing they ever tell me is " We have to investigate and will call you back '' They never call back. I believe the law requires them to provide me with a statement which they refuse to do I had a previous compliant they stated I have online access and I do not. I still can not loggon to the website. They still refuse to call me
