So today XX/XX/2021 I called a number that kept blowing up my phone, hassarssing me XXXX the name of the company is sequium asset solutions. Before I got to say anything 1. They told me it was an attempt to collect a debt which is illegal pursuant to 15 usc 1692e ( 10 ), ( 10 ) The use of any false representation or deceptive means to collect or attempt to collect any debt or to obtain information concerning a consumer. They never asked who they was speaking too. Also the lady I spoke to XXXX asked if the address they had on file was the address I stay at. How are you going to blow my phone up and ask if I stay at an address that I never stayed at before! Before y'all call people make sure you have your facts STRAIGHT! Do NOT call my phone any more, DO NOT report any information you have onto my consumer report I do not give you permission to sell any information to any consumer reporting agencies or anyone else who is seeking information. if you violate my right 15 usc 1681 ( a ) ( 2 ) you will be committing Idenity theft defined 15 USC 1681a ( q ) ( 3 ). Since you have violated 15 usc 1692d ( 5 ), ( 5 ) Causing a telephone to ring or engaging any person in telephone conversation repeatedly or continuously with intent to annoy, abuse, or harass any person at the called number. You caused my phone to ring 3 times I am demanding {$3000.00} and {$1000.00} for violating 15 usc 1692e ( 10 ) which I stated above. Pursuant to 15 usc 1692k ( a ) ( 2 ) ( a ) I am entitle {$1000.00} for each violation ( a ) Amount of damages Except as otherwise provided by this section, any debt collector who fails to comply with any provision of this subchapter with respect to any person is liable to such person in an amount equal to the sum of ( 2 ) ( A ) in the case of any action by an individual, such additional damages as the court may allow, but not exceeding {$1000.00} ;
