Greetings, I am requesting that all the credit bureaus be updated with the correct balance. I received a notification from XXXX XXXX that the account went up to {$880.00} on XX/XX/XXXX. My online balance reflects {$5600.00}. I called XXXX 's and the auto-recording stated the same amount. I spoke with a live agent on XX/XX/XXXX and they gave the same balance. I've disputed this thru the credit bureaus ( last month ) and they updated it before with the correct amount. I've included pages from my XXXX and XXXX dated XX/XX/XXXX, reflecting the correct amount. The following are screenshots from the notification and increase balance. I want the correct amount to reflect on all three bureaus at your earliest convenience. Please confirm that you have received this email. Thanks, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Texas XXXX XXXX ( in the email I sent I provided updated screenshots ) The company responded : We received a request concerning your account ending in XXXX. We report to the credit bureaus every month on the last day of the month. Your account assesses interest on the account as well. We last updated your account on XX/XX/XXXX with the credit bureaus. Per review of the attached information, this report was pulled on XX/XX/XXXX which would not include our most recent update. XXXX 's XXXX XXXX XXXX. I wrote back : Interest does not accrue that high within days, {$880.00} is not a correct number. Please look further into my case and reply with accurate numbers. I want this corrected immediately because today is XX/XX/XXXX and that is only days from XX/XX/XXXX. They are showing a higher balance than when is reporting under my account when I log into the account.
