I was on a forbearance plan through covid. I applied for a modification on XX/XX/XXXX. I made the 3 on time payments needed to be accepted for the modification. I was going to make my XXXX payment on XX/XX/XXXX and I could not online so I called and they told me I was denied for the modification and could not make a payment. My XXXX year old son and I live in our home. I have lived and paid for our home since XXXX. We love our home. I was let go for covid in XXXX of XXXX. I can make payments now and they wont let me? How can they do this?
