I got this loan back on XX/XX/XXXX I have had nothing but problems I only missed one payment but I got caught up it's been since covid-19 had back in XXXX well I ended up losing my job due to covid I kept telling them and missed payments everything I kept in contact with them they were very rude they would call my phone 24/7 non-stop from XXXX XXXX to XXXXXXXX XXXX seven days a week never stop leaving voicemails everything well a month ago I paid the car off which is fine but the point is is the harassment and the late fees and then disabling my starter so I couldn't get anywhere to get money to pay my car it was just I need to know I need to let people know what kind of company this is there are harassing company they are very rude they had no remorse or anything with it for what they had done well I'm a credit report now it's a set of clothes and don't say that I paid it off in full couldn't put nothing positive on my credit report damn all the days I was late on there so yeah it's making me look bad due to covid-19 making a very bad hardship on me
