on XX/XX/21 I was notified by my bank that my account was at a XXXX balance. When I logged in to see what was going on all of my money had been put on hold XXXX dollars and some change. I called my bank and they informed me that they received a legal court order to hold my money for a debt. The bank provided me with the information on who to call giving me a number of XXXX I called and spoke to a woman I believe her name was XXXX and she informed me that I had been served and that they had mailed me letters she then told me the address they had on file and it was correct as well as my correct phone number. I told her that since she had all my correct info why was no attempt made to collect this debt using those means and her response was no reason only that I had been served. I then asked if it was signed for and she said no I said so you are taking the word of some one that has no proof of the job they claim to have done. She then asked me if I would like to set up a payment plan. I am still in shock as I honestly did not even know I had the debt. I would attach documents if I had any to attach as I have not received any information in regards to this debt I have no info to provide.
