On XX/XX/2021 I recognized that my credit was being used and there was unauthorized hard inquiries on my credit report from someone attempting to obtain credit in my name. I have filed a police report, and sent a formal letter to all three credit bureaus stating that I was victim of identity theft and fraud. I also placed a fraud alert on my credit. XXXX was able to remove all of the inquiries, however, when I contacted XXXX and XXXX on XX/XX/2021 they refused to remove the unauthorized hard inquiries even though I mailed in a dispute letter with a police report attached. I am very furious because these fraudulent inquiries have hurt my credit and I am now not able to even apply for anything myself because the inquiries dropped by score 50 points. There are 7 inquiries on XXXX and 5 on XXXX that I need removed immediately. The companies involved are XXXX XXXX, Capital One, XXXX XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX
