Comenity Bank XXXX is reporting late notations for XX/XX/20, XX/XX/20. Due to the unforseen events surrounding the pandemic my finances were really suffering. I could barely pay my necessities and fell behind on things I needed to pay. I paid immediatley as soon as I could but unfortunately ended up being late. I have been current since then and ask that Comenity Bank please make a one time goodwill adjustment on the account.
