XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, CA XXXX XXXX XXXX Subject : Disputing Information in Credit Report I am writing to dispute the following information that your company supplied to Continental Credit Control. I have circled the items I dispute on the attached copy of my credit report ( s ). This item Continental Credit Control is inaccurate because the balance was paid to the vendor and 2 months before they contacted the credit bureaus. This is totally illegal as I received nothing from them and have tried on numerous accounts to contact them and they have not responded. For a few lousy bucks they received, or didn't, they affected my credit and didn't contact me ever. I am requesting that Continental Credit Control have the item removed. It is invaid and incorrect, they have inflicted fraud on my account. Enclosed are copies of my credit report and payments made supporting my request. Please reinvestigate this matter and contact the national credit bureaus to have them delete the disputed item as soon as possible.
