I have been disputing this account with the credit bureaus for sometime now. Each time they would say that IC SYSTEMS would verify the debt. So I took it upon myself to ask IC SYSTEMS for validation of the debt. Are they legally able to collect on the debt? How did they calculate the amount they claim I owe? How do they know I am the owner of the debt? Im curious because I have never done business with them or the original creditor. Well, it has been more than 30 days and I still have not received anything proving the debt is mine. They received my letter on XX/XX/2021. Here is the tracking XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I was under the impression that if they didn't respond it would automatically deleted from my credit reports. Silence is being in agreeance. I am sure there is a law that proves it.
